This project involved a new warehouse and rentable office space. I was solely responsible for the office design, where the absence of a defined tenant led to a modular yet flexible layout, adaptable to multiple users. The offices frame the pond as a visual anchor; this west-facing orientation required a careful balance of openness and shading, while an alternating indoor-outdoor rhythm brings light and greenery deep into the floor plan. The design retains the client’s industrial, metallic, and clean aesthetic, while playfully enriching spatial quality and workplace experience. Find more details on the Portfolio.
